Who We Are

The Information System Organization (ISO) is the central IT arm of the Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. ISO designs, develops and maintains the digital platforms used for project monitoring, flood management and stakeholder communication.

Mission

Provide a unified ISO website integrating live project streaming, AI helpdesk and ISO-developed portals.
Reduce response time and enhance operational efficiency for departmental officials.
Strengthen transparent, data-driven governance through standardised dashboards and reports.
Improve public communication and service delivery through integration with the IGRS portal.

Organizational Structure

ISO functions under the administrative control of the Irrigation & Water Resources Department and is organised into specialised wings:

Wing	Responsibility
ISO Website & Portals Wing	Designs and maintains the ISO website, unified portal access and citizen-facing applications.
Live Streaming & Surveillance Wing	Manages the centralised project live streaming system and CCTV integrations.
AI Helpdesk & Analytics Wing	Develops and operates AI-based integrated helpdesk, dashboards and analytics.
Training & Capacity Building Wing	Conducts trainings, prepares user manuals and help videos for departmental officials.

ISO Bhawan is a state-of-the-art green building located in the IT City hub.
